TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms & conditions apply to our money back guarantee:
- Your refund is limited to the amount you paid for the product and does not include shipping and handling fees paid.
- All money back guarantees offered by Simple Mind LLC (HowToOrganizeYourself.com) are subject to a maximum period of 30 calendar days, unless otherwise stated, from date of purchase. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations must be made before your order has shipped. If cancellation takes place after the order has shipped, follow the instructions outlined in ‘Direct Sales & Affiliate Sales’. For electronic downloads, follow the instructions outlined in ‘Electronically Delivered Products.’
Electronically Delivered Products
You have 30 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back. Refunds for electronically delivered products can be requested by writing to the address below or email us at info@howtoorganizeyourself.com.
If there’s a physical product included with an electronic product, then follow the instructions for ‘Direct Sales & Affiliate Sales’ to return the physical product.
Direct Sales & Affiliate Sales
If your product was either purchased directly from Simple Mind LLC (HowToOrganizeYourself.com) via the Internet, mail order, or over the telephone, or from an approved affiliate, you have 30 days from the product’s physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. You must ship back the product purchased in resaleable condition, along with a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.
All physical components of the product must be included with the return, along with a copy of the packing slip if the product was ordered directly from Simple Mind LLC (HowToOrganizeYourself.com). You can include a photo copy of the store receipt if your product was purchased at a retail store. We recommend that product returns be shipped through a traceable method.
If returning the products by U.S. Mail, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail delivery confirmation methods. We are not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.
