Shipping Policy

US Postal Service mail is our STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD. Packages can be delivered to either a PO box or a street address via US Postal Service mail (USPS).

Orders are usually shipped the same business day that they are received, if placed by 12:00 noon EST. If placed after 12:00 noon, they will be processed the next business day (does not include weekends). No orders are processed on the weekend or on major holidays.

Since we try our best to keep the shipping costs down, we offer three methods of shipping through USPS:

  1. PRIORITY MAIL® – DOMESTIC
    Packages can be delivered to either a PO box or a street address via Priority Mail®.
    Delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days.

  2. PARCEL POST® -  DOMESTIC
    Packages can be delivered to either a PO box or a street address via Parcel Pots®.
    Delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days.

  3. MEDIA MAIL® – DOMESTIC
    Packages can be delivered to either a PO box or a street address via Media Mail®.  Only items that qualify as media will be shipped via Media Mail®.
    Deliver time is approximately 5-10 business days.

Notes:

  • We reserve the right to use whichever method is the most cost effective at the time of shipping.  When item(s) are shipped, you’ll be notified as to the tracking number and which shipping method was used.
